• ​Starting January 2026, I will be implementing a new cancellation policy. 

• Each client gets one cancelation per year, for any reason. Deposit will be held onto for the rescheduled session

• Clients are responsible for covering the full tribute amount of any missed session beyond the one allowed cancellation irregardless of the reason for cancelling. Deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. 

• Clients will not be charged for sessions missed due to my absence, such as when I am sick or need to cancel for another reason. 

• If you often ask to reschedule, I may require you to pay for sessions in full at time of booking.

• In the case of inclement weather, where travel would be unsafe, we will negotiate the above terms to better fit the circumstances.
