Cancellation Policy: 

 

I understand that life happens, and I am sympathetic to unexpected circumstances which may require folx to cancel, however, if you have booked time with me and need to reschedule or cancel: 

• ​I must receive at least 1 week's notice. If you cancel with less than a week's notice, you forfeit your deposit and must cover the remainder of the session tribute before rebooking. 

• You must reschedule for a time within two weeks of the original date.

If you need to cancel and have a good track record of showing up for our scheduled time, I am more willing to work with you and be flexible. If your reasons for cancelling are due to emergency situations, like: a death in the family, emergency medical situation, inclement weather or illness, I may ask you to provide proof. Work and family events are not viable excuses to cancel on me.
